Metasphere strives to support the growth of businesses in the 21st Century through innovation & vision consulting, developing strategic content management systems and by providing use and support of established and emerging technologies.

With the explosion of the internet and new technological possibilities, comes the need for greater and greater skill in communicating the use and purpose of these new developments while maintaining the practice of established standards and usability. Bridging the gap between technology and communication mediums using both innovative and technological solutions to improve businesses and support their growth are the primary motives behind the mission of Metasphere.

Metasphere was founded in October 2003 in New Orleans, Louisiana. The company was established as a result of the efforts of its founder and CEO, Jasdeep Jaitla, and his strong passion for innovation.

In the late 90s, Jasdeep worked with several Internet startups and Design shops as a Software Engineer and Information Architect. Some of the companies he worked for included MindMatrix Inc., Source W Inc., Idapta Inc. (CMGI Funded) and Interactive Planet LLC. Experiencing the rapid growth of startups opens traditional business models for reevaluation and increases the speed of innovation. For several years in various roles, Jasdeep gained a solid foundation and the necessary knowledge to set off and start building his own vision. For 4 years as a freelance consultant Jasdeep worked with commercial, medical, financial, artistic, and non-profit organizations and individuals. Working with grass roots organizations executing rapid growth plans helped Jasdeep gain the knowledge, awareness and experience to support growth of many types of organizations. The combined experience of enterprise level software engineering and Jasdeep’s fine arts background balanced technology with aesthetic and humanitarian appreciation. When Metasphere was launched it was oriented towards developing products and services with a strong emphasis on usability, clarity and organization. Due to evacuation before Hurricane Katrina on August 29th, 2005, Jasdeep and Metasphere were relocated to Atlanta, GA where it continues to operate from today.

After Katrina, Metasphere underwent a reevaluation and restructuring for further growth. The first step in the process, was welcoming Alice Blanco to become part of the Metasphere team in November 2006, as the Chief Creative Officer (CCO). Alice is a natural leader and creative thinker with a solid background in Business and Project Management, Marketing, and Psychology, all of which are vital in contributing to Metasphere’s continued growth and success.

Communication is the primary development tool and the end result of all projects. Clear communication and detail oriented processes bring the project from its blurry conception to a crystal clear purpose. With so many possibilities and ways of doing things, finding the right solution to a challenge is dependent on a clear understanding of purpose. Balancing communication with timelines and deadlines is the recipe for success in every project. Metasphere works hard to facilitate this process, proving over and over that communication is the key to results.
